Only five miles from Newmarket, our garden centre at Fordham joined the Scotsdales family in 1991.

Today it has a superb plant department and is packed with ideas for your garden, including lots of BBQs and comfortable, stylish garden furniture. And there’s a wonderful gift department as well, to help you make the very most of your indoor and outdoor space.

Smaller than our other garden centres at Great Shelford and Horningsea, Fordham has a lovely boutique feel that keeps many visitors coming back again and again. Our Sunflower Café at Fordham has an outdoor terrace that overlooks the plant area – it’s a perfect spot to sit in the sun with a cuppa, just enjoying the good things in life.

Expert Advice

Our teams are on hand to give advice and suggestions for any requirements you may have including planting locations, pest control or how to protect your garden furniture during winter seasons.

Dog Friendly

Our Garden Centre is dog friendly and will allow all dogs into the store as long as they're allowed on a lead. We are unable to accommodate dogs in our Sunflower Café.

Carry to car service

If you need help getting any items to your card or lifting any heavier items into your car then please let us know and we can assist.

Wheelchair Accessible

Every part of the garden centre is wheelchair and buggy accessible. We also offer free wheelchairs and mobility scooters to use on site.

Baby Change Facilities

All of our customer toilets include baby change facilities to allow all family members the opportunity to access these services.

Electric Car Charging

We have a number of electric car charging points available in our car park.

Gift Wrap Service

If you would like any items gift wrapped at time of purchase then please ask at our checkouts and our friendly team will be happy to assist.

Free Parking

Our car park is free to use for all customers. We have disabled and parent and child spaces available onsite. We also have a number of electric car charging points available.

Delivery Service

We offer a delivery service within 30 miles. If you select a particular plant or want your chosen furniture to be brought to your door then speak with our teams at the checkout and they can help make arrangements for you.
