FoodHall Department

Main Duties:

• Deliver outstanding customer service across all areas of the Food Hall
• Support daily operations in ambient groceries, greengrocery, and bakery sections
• Assist with stock rotation, shelf replenishment, and product displays
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and visual appeal throughout the Food Hall
• Work as part of a flexible team to meet operational needs
• Handle deliveries, unpacking, and merchandising of goods
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth service

Requirements of the Role:

• Willingness to learn across a variety of fresh and ambient food areas
• High attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail or food environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading hours
• Previous experience in food retail, customer service, or similar is an advantage
