Father Christmas is Coming to Scotsdales!
The countdown to Christmas joy has officially begun—Father Christmas is making his grand return to Scotsdales! Prepare for sparkling eyes, beaming smiles, and a generous dash of festive enchantment as we welcome the most magical time of the year.
Here at Scotsdales, a family-run haven of holiday cheer, nothing warms our hearts more than watching children step into a world of Christmas wonder. These shared moments of joy between families are what we treasure most.
Behind the scenes, our team has been working their elf-sized socks off to make this year truly unforgettable. Scotsdales has long been Father Christmas’s seasonal headquarters, and he’s back once again—joined by Mother Christmas and a jolly crew of Elves, ready to spread merriment far and wide.
The sleigh bells are being polished, the final gifts are being wrapped, and the excitement is building. They can’t wait to meet you and make your Christmas dreams come true!

Step into the Enchanted Elevator for a magical journey from Scotsdales to the North Pole.
Here’s what awaits you along the way:
• One of Santa’s elves will escort you onto the elevator where you will be guided on a magical voyage to the North Pole
• Meet the winter animals on your way to Santa’s Workshop. Once inside you will see how the toys are constructed and have a chance for a personal meet and greet with Santa’s reindeers
• Meet Father Christmas in his magical Grotto for a special, private family moment. He’ll make a memory for the whole family to cherish – and of course, time for that all-important photo to capture the magic!
• Each child will then enter Santa’s Toy Room, where they can pick a special gift to take home and treasure!

Important Booking Information & Tips
How to Book
During your purchase you will need the following information:
– Your contact details including email address and phone number
– The number of children and adults you are booking for
You will also need the following details for each child in your party:
- Name
- Age
Payment is processed via our online ticketing store so please have your debit or credit card at hand. You cannot use Gift Vouchers for this booking.
Our Top Tips’s are;
You can only book one grotto group ticket at a time. If you put more than one group ticket in your basket, the calendar will show no availability.
- Your tickets will remain in your basket for 20 minutes. After this time, they will be released back onto general sale.
- When booking please make sure the address given is the same as the billing address for the card that you are using. Please avoid using autofill and fill in your details yourself correctly.
- When filling in the adults and child’s details please ensure that the total number of attendees you input does not exceed the number of tickets you have booked in your group. If you attend the grotto with more people than your ticket allows, they will not be allowed entry to the grotto.
- When adding the children’s interests please state all Children’s First Names, Ages (for example, Paul – aged 7. Michelle – aged 5). Please put a full stop between each child’s details.
- Every field must be completed. For example, if you do not wish to fill in the children’s interests then please put N/A and if you do not require wheelchair access, please put ‘none’.
- Please note that the interests are for Father Christmas to discuss with your child and have no effect on the gifts available to a child on the day.
After Booking
As traffic to the website is incredibly high during the first day of ticket sales there can be some delay between placing your order and receiving your tickets. Please be patient.
If you notice an error in the details you have put in during your order, or if you realise you have made a mistake on your booking, or need to increase the size of your group, please email events@scotsdales.com – the events team will try their best to help however this is subject to availability.
If adding more people to the booking, this can be processed up until the day before your visit. The total group size cannot exceed 8 people.
As it is a particularly busy time, please be patient for a response. Our team receive a lot of emails and phone calls, all messages will be responded to. Please refrain from emailing multiple times as this slows down our response process.
Refunds and Transfers
We are able to offer refunds for tickets, but will need at least 7 days notice prior to booked dates to allow for resale time.
Our tickets include a non-refundable Digitickets booking fee which will be reduced upon any refund requested. Please contact us if you require any further details on this point.
