Café Team Leader - Front of House

Main Duties:

• Greeting customers, taking orders, serving customers with food and drink.
• Ensure all customer requirements and feedback are dealt with prominently and efficiently.
• Provide the best possible customer service, particularly when under pressure.
• Working alongside the Café Manager to achieve the best possible food and service, taking charge in managers absence.
• Work efficiently without compromising on standards.

Requirements of the Role:

• A passion for hospitality and strong leadership skills is required for this position.
• A hands-on approach and leadership by example is essential.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience of supervising a hospitality team.
