Administrator – Horningsea

Job description

Scotsdales Garden Centre, are seeking an Administrator to join the team.

We’re looking for a Administrator to join our team in Horningsea. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, and be passionate about our products.

You will work along side our existing Management team, to provide essential administrative support to the Centre.

Main Duties:

  • Cash handling including: Daily reconciling of monies, change orders, investigating discrepancies.
  • Running various stock reports and investigating as appropriate.
  • Processing delivery paper work.
  • Following up claims with suppliers.
  • Carry out stocktakes as required.
  • Ensure smooth EPOS operations at the Centre, in conjunction with the wider EPOS, and Finance team.
  • Support the sales floor as and when required, providing the best possible customer service.

Capabilities

  • Competent in Excel
  • Proven track record of organizational skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Excellent communication skills (internal and external sources)
  • Ability to work autonomously

4-hour shift, working 5 days. Shift timing negotiable.

Timing of shifts negotiable, there will be an element of weekend working.

Rate shown is for those aged 21 and over, competitive rates for ages 18 – 20.

Job Types: Various, Temporary

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Admin: 1 year (preferred)
